Over the years Chef Rosendale has provided cooking demonstrations for 10 to 500 guests. His presentations are always informative and exciting and sure to keep the audience on the edge of their seats. The Chef is available for off-premises classes, as well as the monthly classes at the restaurant. See below for the upcoming Schedule.

November 20 Update the Traditional The flavors of fall are represented better in Thanksgiving Dinner than perhaps any other meal. Pumpkin, cranberry, stuffing, and fall spices come to mind. Everyone has there special ways of preparing a turkey, and secret recipes passed on from generation to generation. The goal of this class is to add some new ideas to familiar flavors. What else can be done with the flavors of Thanksgiving dinner, that are going to make this years celebration, the very best. $110/person. Thursday, November 20th, 6-9pm
December 4 Regions of Rome Cooking Class Sooner or later….and for most people it is sooner, the gastronomic roads of Italy lead to Rome. Rome somehow manages to embrace the culinary character of the entire nation through its vast repertoire of dishes. Join Chef Rosendale as he re-creates the finest dishes he experienced while training in Italy. The class is followed by dinner and Italian wine. The class begins at 6:00 and is followed by dinner with Italian wines to complement your meal. Seating is limited.$110/person. Thursday, December 4th, 6-9pm
December 18 Molecular Gastronomy This class was so popular the first time we offered it that we decided to offer it again. If you want to be entertained as much as you want great forward thinking cuisine, then this is the class for you. Froths, foams, and “caviar”, food takes on a whole new look and texture in this controversial style of cooking philosophies. Decide for yourself by experiencing first hand from Chef Rosendale the foundations of this fascinating cuisine. The class includes a live liquid nitrogen demonstration. Seating is limited, so save a seat!$110/person.Thursday December 18th,6-9pm
The Food and Wine Cooking Classes begin at 6:00 P.M. Each class is $110.00 per person and includes demonstrations, recipes, dinner, wines, tax, and gratuity. Please call to confirm your reservation. Any cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the class will be charged $49.00.
